Registration for Bridge Week Flex Camp (Aug 23- 27)  now open!

Bridge week flex camp offers a low key flexible camp program for the week between the end of summer camp and the beginning of the new school year (Aug 23-27). This is a multi age (ages 3-12), flexible hours and days camp for the week. We will do scheduled activities throughout each day, including arts and crafts, games, music, movement, indoor and outdoor play, plus snack and lunch breaks.

THE DETAILS:

HOURS:

Monday through Friday 9am-3pm
Half Days (3 hours/day) - You choose your hours! You can select your drop off and pick up time between 9am and 3pm (billing is in 3 hour increments, and not prorated by the hour).
Full Days are 6 hours and run from 9am-3pm

Before and After Care is available at $5/hr per child (siblings 50% discount)
Before Care 8-9am; After Care 3-6pm

PRICING (Siblings and Members 10% discount):
Daily Half Day (any 3 hours between 9am-3pm): $25
Weekly Half Days (3 hours per day x 5 days): $100
Daily Full Day (9am-3pm): $45/day
Weekly Full Days: $150

PAYMENT:

A non-refundable deposit of $20 will be charged upon checkout, with it being applied to your balance, to be charged in full upon review and confirmation of your selections. Card on file will be charged on August 17.

CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS and REFUNDS:

Cancellations must be made before Wednesday, August 18th for a full refund. Any cancellations between Aug 18th and August 23rd will require forfeiture of the paid deposit.

Any cancellations the week of August 23rd or any no-shows are non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances (i.e. unforeseen illness), in which case a rescheduling or credit will be considered.

WHAT TO BRING:

FOOD AND BEVERAGES:
* Snack time will be held at approximately 10:30am and 2:00pm daily. Lunch will be at 12:00pm. If your child will be in camp during those times, please pack snacks and/or lunch. Regardless of time, please pack a water bottle for consumption during the day. We will have refills available.
* Please note Bloom is NOT a nut-free facility but should any of the campers in your group have an allergy we will inform you so you can pack accordingly
* Permission and cash if you would like your child to purchase a cafe beverage or snack (juice boxes/water $1, milk $2, packaged snacks $1)
* One change of clothes (please label bag with child's name) can be left at Bloom for your child for the duration of their camp stay in case of accidents or messes.
* Sunscreen and/or sunhat, and bug repellent if desired. We will aim to get daily outdoor time!

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?:

We will email you in advance of the first day of camp to inform you of any important details specific to your camp week.

We will aim to go outside every day, weather permitting. We will inform you of any water play days so you can pack accordingly.

While you should pack your child snacks daily, we will always have fresh fruits and dry snacks on hand for the children who wish to have them. Please inform us on the registration form if you do not wish your child to have snacks provided by Bloom.

BLOOM WALDESSORI PLAY SPACE CAMP ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT:

This Camp Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Bloom Waldessori Play Space (“Bloom”) and the undersigned adult parent/caregiver of enrolled students (the “Adult”).

By participating in camp at Bloom, I agree to follow all policies and procedures of the facility as outlined in the Registration and Waiver/Consent Form which I have already signed or will sign in advance of my child(ren)’s first day of camp. I also agree to the terms as outlined in this Agreement.

1. Payment for Camp

3. Missed Camp Days
There will be no refund or credit given for any missed camp days once camp is in session.

4. Camp Rules and Regulations
* This is a drop off camp. Adult is permitted to remain on premises during camp if desired, but it is not required.
* Adult must provide a reliable contact phone number upon drop off each day to ensure immediate contact is possible by Bloom to Adult should an emergency arise.
* Adult must pick up camper no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled end time of the camp session.

5. Food at Camp:
Snack time and lunch is scheduled daily and we will have healthy fruits and dry snacks available.
Please ensure you have informed Bloom staff of any allergies.

6. Mask Policy
* As of July 12, 2021, masks are now optional and at the discretion of the parent/caregiver of camper. Please fill out your masking preference form (one time only needed) in advance of your first day of camp: https://forms.gle/wchujjgHVdkyrNXS8

7. Outdoor Play
*Counselor will aim to do a daily outdoor activity. Bloom staff will be 100% diligent with your children to ensure their safety at all times. Parking lot will be cordoned off to ensure vehicles do not travel near the campers. Please inform us if you do not wish your child to go outside and a staff member will ensure a safe alternative indoor activity is available during that time.

8. Illness Policy
* If your child is experiencing signs of illness, please do not bring them to camp. Parents and children should not return to Bloom after illness, until symptoms have been absent for at least 24 hours.
