Terms and Conditions

Bloom Kids Club is a short duration (1 hour minimum; 3 hours maximum), occasional usage drop off supervised play service where you can be confident that your child(ren) will be looked after while you take care of whatever it is you need to get done, without the distraction of the kids holding you back! 

Children must be potty trained to participate. Kids Club is available during our play session times. Please check our play reservation system to confirm the hours we will be open on the day you wish to utilize Kids Club (https://bloomonlinebooking.as.me/play), and be sure to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.

You will be charged $10 to confirm the booking. Please wait for a confirmation email from us so we can confirm we are able to accommodate your request (on occasion, staffing conflicts may prevent us from providing Kids Club on the day/time you have requested).

Get ready for a fun filled week at Bloom Summer Camp!

Bloom's hand-on educational and creative summer camp includes daily art and science, songs, movement, indoor and outdoor play! Two camps to choose from: MINI CAMP runs 3 days per week (M, W, F) and is perfect for potty trained ages 2-5. SCHOOL AGE camps runs 5 days per week and is perfect for ages 5-12. Half days, partial days, and after care is available.

When you enter the booking system, on the calendar, select the FIRST DAY you want to attend camp, and fill out the registration form to indicate ALL DAYS you wish to attend camp. Once we receive and review your choices, we will send you a confirmation email of all of your selected dates.

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of $20 will be charged to you credit card, with it being applied to your final balance due. Payment plans are available which you can select on the registration form as well.

Bloom Summer Camp is for children ages 5-12 years old. We will have a maximum of 10 children per 1 counselor.

HOURS:

Monday through Friday 9am-3pm
* Half days are available from 9-12 or 12-3 on a daily or weekly basis.
*PM camp includes 12pm lunch time for full day campers. PM campers may eat before arriving and have free choice time during lunch, or may bring lunch to eat also.
* We will enjoy "Fun Fridays" and will offer lunch and a dessert every Friday at noon for PM, Full Day, and Mini campers.

AFTER CARE: 3pm-6pm ($5/hr)

PRICING:

DAILY HALF DAY RATE: $25/day
DAILY FULL DAY RATE: $50/day
WEEKLY HALF DAY RATE: $120/wk
WEEKLY FULL DAY RATE: $160/wk

MINI CAMP:

The Mini Camp Counselor for this summer is Ms. Gerry, a current preschool teacher at Seeds of Faith Preschool in Wind Gap who is looking forward to spending her summer with the Mini Campers at Bloom having fun and making amazing memories together!

Mini Camp is for children ages 2-5 years old. We will have a maximum of 6 children per 1 counselor. All mini campers must be fully potty trained and able to use the bathroom independently.

HOURS:

MINI: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 10am-1pm
*Mini campers do not eat lunch during camp but will be offered one scheduled snack break and may have additional snacks as requested and with parents' permission.
* Exception: We will enjoy "Fun Fridays" and will offer lunch and a dessert every Friday at noon.

AFTER CARE: 1pm-6pm ($5/hr)

PRICING:

DAILY RATE: $25/day
WEEKLY RATE (M,W,F): $60/wk

PAYMENT:

A non-refundable deposit of $20 will be charged upon checkout, with it being applied to your balance, to be charged in full upon review and confirmation of your selections. Payment plans are available. 

CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS and REFUNDS:

Cancellations made before June 1 are eligible for a 100% refund, minus the $20 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made after June 1 are eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled no later than 1 week in advance of your camp date you are cancelling.

Any cancellations after June 1 that are made within 1 week of camp or any no-shows are non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances (i.e. unforeseen illness), in which case a rescheduling or credit will be considered.

WHAT TO BRING:

* AM only campers need 1 snack and beverage daily. PM only campers need 1 snack and beverage plus optional lunch daily. Full Day campers need 2 snacks, beverages and lunch daily. Exception is Fridays (unless desired) when lunch will be provided for PM and Full Day campers
* Please note Bloom is NOT a nut-free facility but should any of the campers in your group have an allergy we will inform you so you can pack accordingly
* Additional water bottle (refills available)
* Permission and cash if you would like your child to purchase a cafe beverage or snack (juice boxes/water $1, milk $2, packaged snacks $1)
* One change of clothes (please label bag with child's name) can be left at Bloom for your child for the duration of their camp stay in case of accidents or messes.
* Sunscreen and/or sunhat, and bug repellent if desired. We will aim to get daily outdoor time!

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?:

We will email you in advance of the first day of camp to inform you of any important details specific to your camp week.

We will aim to go outside every day, weather permitting. We will inform you of any water play days so you can pack accordingly.

While you should pack your child snacks daily, we will always have fresh fruits and dry snacks on hand for the children who wish to have them. Please inform us on the regisration form if you do not wish your child to have snacks provided by Bloom.

BLOOM WALDESSORI PLAY SPACE CAMP ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT:

This Camp Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Bloom Waldessori Play Space (“Bloom”) and the undersigned adult parent/caregiver of enrolled students (the “Adult”).

By participating in camp at Bloom, I agree to follow all policies and procedures of the facility as outlined in the Registration and Waiver/Consent Form which I have already signed or will sign in advance of my child(ren)’s first day of camp. I also agree to the terms as outlined in this Agreement.

1. Payment for Camp
A non-refundable deposit of $20 will be charged upon checkout, with it being applied to your balance, to be charged in full upon review and confirmation of your selections. Payment plans are available. Please contact us before registering should you wish to utilize a payment plan.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before June 1 are eligible for a 100% refund, minus the $20 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after June 1 are eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled no later than 1 week in advance of your camp date you are cancelling. Any cancellations after June 1 that are made within 1 week of camp or any no-shows are non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances (i.e. unforeseen illness), in which case a rescheduling or credit will be considered.

3. Missed Camp Days
There will be no refund or credit given for any missed camp days once camp is in session.

4. Camp Rules and Regulations
* This is a drop off camp. Adult is permitted to remain on premises during camp if desired, but it is not required.
* Adult must provide a reliable contact phone number upon drop off each day to ensure immediate contact is possible by Bloom to Adult should an emergency arise.
* Non-registered siblings are welcome to play at Bloom at the regular sibling rate of $6 during Bloom's scheduled play sessions, with Adult supervision. Please check current available play session times at https://bloomonlinebooking.as.me/play
* Adult must pick up camper no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled end time of the camp session.

5. Food at Camp:
* For full time campers, please pack a lunch and beverage, as well as a water bottle. Cafe beverages and snacks may be purchased with parents’ permission. Please provide your child or directly to staff the cash for these purchases.
* For PM camp session attendees (school age camp), lunch for full day campers will occur for the first 30 minutes of PM camp. Camper may eat lunch prior to arriving and have free choice play while full day campers are eating, or camper may join them for lunch
* Mini summer camp attendees will not have a designated lunch time due to the short nature of the program. Snack time is scheduled and we will have healthy fruits and dry snacks available. If you wish your child to eat lunch, please discuss with the staff and we will accommodate your needs.
Please ensure you have informed Bloom staff of any allergies.

6. Mask Policy
* Bloom continues to follow recommended CDC and PA State guidelines for mask wearing for COVID prevention and safety considerations to staff, fellow campers, and customers. At this time, all campers ages 2 and up will be required to wear a mask during indoor play sessions and when social distancing cannot be safely accomplished. We will offer as many mask break opportunities throughout the day as possible, including during scheduled group activities where the children are able to be spaced 6' apart, and outdoor play time.

7. Outdoor Play
*Counselor will aim to do a daily outdoor activity. Bloom staff will be 100% diligent with your children to ensure their safety at all times. Parking lot will be cordoned off to ensure vehicles do not travel near the campers. Please inform us if you do not wish your child to go outside and a staff member will ensure a safe alternative indoor activity is available during that time. We will not require children to wear masks while playing outdoors. If you wish your child to wear a mask during outdoor play, please inform us and we will be sure to help your child remember to wear their mask.

8. Illness Policy
* If your child is experiencing signs of illness, please do not bring them to camp. Parents and children should not return to Bloom after illness, until symptoms have been absent for at least 24 hours.

 

 

School Year Mini Camp (Semester 1 - Sept 6-Jan 28) has already begun but you can still

NEW this September 2021! School Year Mini Camp!

We are excited to extend our summer mini camp program into an extended, part time, school year mini camp!

School Year Mini Camp is a Montessori and Waldorf inspired program for ages 2*-5 where the focus is on learning through PLAY!

Based off of our Mini Summer Camp program, familiar activities will include crafts, open play, outdoor time, movement, songs and games. The school year program will begin to incorporate a little bit of educational content as well. Bloom is based on taking inspiration from both Montessori and Waldorf philosophies of education and child development in our environment and activities, and one of the key components of both is the importance of play at that age!  However, as many will be gearing up towards a formal pre-K program or Kindergarten program in the near future, we want to also be sure your child is ready for that as well. We will take a sensory, tactile and play based approach to any learning we do, incorporating some Montessori educational tools along the way. However, the Mini Camp program is mostly a fun, engaging opportunity for your child to gain socialization, a sense of independence, and have fun with friends while you get a break! 

*Child must be potty trained to participate.

SCHEDULE:

Semester 1 runs from September 6, 2021 to January 28, 2022.

Semester 2 runs from January 31, 2022 to June 3, 2022.

Each Semester runs for 18 weeks. There will be scheduled breaks during the Semester (exact calendar to be determined). Unless the break falls on a specific holiday where Bloom is closed, we will offer a discounted Kids Club (our supervised drop off play service) option for the Mini Campers for those who are interested. 

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 9am-1pm

AVAILABLE OPTIONS:

* 3 DAYS A WEEK (M, W, F)

* 2 DAYS A WEEK (T, Th)

* 5 DAYS A WEEK (M-F)

Before care from 8am and after care until 5pm is available.

3 Days a Week Program = $1850/semester ($75/week)

2 Days a Week Program = $900/semester ($50/week)

5 Days a Week Program = $2160/semester ($120/week)

Before/After Care = $5/hr

PAYMENT AGREEMENT:

A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be charged upon checkout, with it being applied to your balance, to be charged in full upon review and confirmation of your selections. Payment plans are available (Payable weekly, monthly, or in full by semester). Please note expected tuition is the semester rate and payment plans provide the convenience of weekly or monthly billing if you desire but does not offer flexibility to adjust due to unattended days. The only exception is a pre-arranged vacation with at least a 1 week notice. You may make up absences by attending an alternate date if available and upon agreement by the instructor.  

CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS and REFUNDS:

Cancellations made before August 25th are eligible for a 100% refund, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made after August 25th are eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled no later than 1 week in advance of the first day of camp.

Any cancellations that are made within 1 week of camp or any no-shows are non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances (i.e. unforeseen illness).

School Year Camp requires commitment to the selected schedule for planning purposes. If you wish to switch to a different schedule or need to unenroll for any reason, please provide at least a 2 week notice.

Missed days are not prorated. However, if you have a planned extended vacation, we will be able to credit your account with advance notice.

Virtual Mini Camp is for ages 2-6, and runs Tuesday and Thursdays from 12-12:45.

Virtual School Age Camp is for ages 7-12, and runs Monday through Friday from 11am-12pm.

All supplies are provided and can be picked up at Bloom, dropped off to your home, or sent via Priority Mail ($10 additional shipping fee per week applies).

Registration for Bridge Week Flex Camp (Aug 23- 27)  now open!

Bridge week flex camp offers a low key flexible camp program for the week between the end of summer camp and the beginning of the new school year (Aug 23-27). This is a multi age (ages 3-12), flexible hours and days camp for the week. We will do scheduled activities throughout each day, including arts and crafts, games, music, movement, indoor and outdoor play, plus snack and lunch breaks.

THE DETAILS:

HOURS:

Monday through Friday 9am-3pm
Half Days (3 hours/day) - You choose your hours! You can select your drop off and pick up time between 9am and 3pm (billing is in 3 hour increments, and not prorated by the hour).
Full Days are 6 hours and run from 9am-3pm

Before and After Care is available at $5/hr per child (siblings 50% discount)
Before Care 8-9am; After Care 3-6pm

PRICING (Siblings and Members 10% discount):
Daily Half Day (any 3 hours between 9am-3pm): $25
Weekly Half Days (3 hours per day x 5 days): $100
Daily Full Day (9am-3pm): $45/day
Weekly Full Days: $150

PAYMENT:

A non-refundable deposit of $20 will be charged upon checkout, with it being applied to your balance, to be charged in full upon review and confirmation of your selections. Card on file will be charged on August 17.

Cancellations must be made before Wednesday, August 18th for a full refund. Any cancellations between Aug 18th and August 23rd will require forfeiture of the paid deposit.
